E-liquids Explained

If you’re new to vaping, you may be finding it difficult to understand what mg and ml refer to, which can get quite complicated if you don’t know. Not to worry though, below we’ll explain what’s meant by both so that you know the difference between e-liquids and are able to select one that’s right for you.

E-Liquids in 10ml, 30ml, 50ml, 100ml

The amount of mls purely refers to the quantity of e-liquid that you’re getting. It has nothing to do with the nicotine strength of the e-liquid inside.
We recommend that if you are trying out new flavours or different strengths of e-liquids, you should stick with a 10ml bottle for your initial purchase to ensure that you like it before investing in larger bottles of e-liquids.
Once you know that you like the flavour and strength of an e-liquid, it may be worth purchasing a larger bottle to save on costs.

E-liquids in 00mg, 3mg, 6mg, 12mg, 18mg

The amount of mg of an e-liquid refers to the nicotine strength. The more mg contained, the stronger the e-liquid will be. Choosing the right strength for you typically depends on your current smoking behaviour.

E-liquid 0mg

0mg on an e-liquid means that there is no nicotine contained inside.
These types of e-liquids are often used by people who enjoy the act of vaping but do not want to consume nicotine, or by those who have gradually reduced their nicotine intake and are now using nicotine-free e-liquid.
Please note that if you are a current tobacco smoker, the 0mg nicotine may not be suitable to satisfy your nicotine cravings.

E-liquid 3mg

3mg e-liquids offer the lowest amount of nicotine.
This strength is generally suitable for those with light smoking habits, at around 1-5 cigarettes a day or for those who are wanting to gradually reduce their nicotine intake. This strength can be a good starting point for beginners to vaping.

E-liquid 6mg

This nicotine strength offers a moderate level of nicotine.
6mg e-liquids are a good substitute for moderate smokers who may smoke around 5 – 10 cigarettes per day. It is a medium amount of nicotine strength and may be enough to satisfy your cravings.

E-liquid 12mg

12mg e-liquids provide high-moderate levels of nicotine strength.
This e-liquid is considered to be a good strength for moderate smokers (10-15 cigarettes per day) to transition over to. It offers a strong nicotine strength which can make the process of adopting vaping much easier for traditional smokers.

E-liquid 18mg

18mg e-liquids offer the highest levels of nicotine strength.
This e-liquid is generally considered to be the strongest strength on the market, typically used by heavy smokers that smoke around 15+ cigarettes per day. This strength is powerful enough to satisfy users and curb cravings for traditional tobacco products.
