If your device experiences any malfunctions within the initial 30 days after the purchase date, you are eligible to return it for repair or replacement. However, please note that this does not apply to faults resulting from heavy or improper use, or physical damage.
To initiate the return process, please contact us at info@getyourkix.com and provide a description of the fault. We will then provide instructions on how to safely return the device or part. Kindly include a note in the package containing your original order number, a brief description of the issue with the device/part, as well as your contact details and full address. Please be aware that certain components of the e-cigarette, such as the atomizer, battery, and coil, are semi-consumables and may need periodic replacement.
In the event that you wish to return or exchange a product due to a change of mind or purchasing error, you have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to do so. The device must be returned in its original packaging, unopened, and unused, without any damage to the original box. Prior to sending the device, please contact us at info@getyourkix.com to notify us.
Please note that damaged products or returns initiated after the 30-day period will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Upon receiving your item, our team will conduct an inspection and process your replacement or refund accordingly. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during the purchase and may take up to 10 working days to reflect in your bank account.
