If your device has malfunctioned within the first 30 days after purchase date you can return it for repair or a replacement. This doesn’t apply to any faults that have been caused by a heavy or improper use or physical damage.
Contact us at [email protected] and describe the nature of the fault. We will then instruct you on how to safely send the device or part back. Include a note in the package with your original order number, a short description of what is wrong with the part/device, as well as your contact details and full address. Please note that many parts of the e-cigarette, such as the atomizer, battery and coil are semi-consumables and will need to be replaced periodically.
If there’s nothing wrong with your product or device, and you would like to return it or exchange it because you’ve changed your mind or purchased the wrong one, you can do so for up to 30 days after purchase. The device has to be in its original packaging, unopened, unused without any signs of damage to the original box. Contact [email protected] to notify us first before sending the device.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your replacement. In the case of a refund, the money will be sent through the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase and may take up to 10 working days to show up in your bank account.
