Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We aim to ship orders placed before 4pm the same day.

Standard delivery to Ireland & the UK usually takes 1-7 business days.

Priority delivery to Ireland & the UK usually takes 1-3 business days. Next day delivery service for orders placed before 11.30am Monday-Thursday. Two business days delivery service for orders placed after 11.30am Monday-Wednesday. Three business days delivery service for orders that are placed after 11.30am Thursday, usually arrive by Monday. Guaranteed or get your next priority shipping free. Next Day Delivery subject to DPD service. Free Next Day Service on orders over £50.

Standard delivery to Ireland & the UK is free for orders over £20/€20.

Priority delivery to Ireland & the UK is free for orders over £50/€50.

Shipping beyond Ireland & the UK

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. If your order is tracked your shipping notification will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within our expected delivery times of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@getyourkix.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

If you have a tracking number you can visit www.DPD.ie/tracking and enter your tracking number for updates.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes and delivery may not be possible if you have provided a P.O. box delivery address.
