Shipping Policy
Order Processing and Shipping:
We aim to process your order within 24 hours of confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched.
Free Shipping
- Orders over £20 qualify for free standard delivery to Ireland & the UK.
- Orders over £45 qualify for free priority delivery to Ireland.
- Orders over £50 qualify for free priority delivery to the UK.
Royal Mail Shipping
- Orders placed before 2pm are typically shipped the same day, Monday to Friday.
- Delivery to the UK usually takes 1-5 business days.
- Delivery to Ireland usually takes 1-7 business days.
DPD Shipping
- Delivery to Ireland & the UK generally arrives within 1-2 business days.
- Next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 11.30am Monday-Thursday.
- Orders placed after 11.30am Thursday will arrive within two business days.
Order Status:
- Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email notification from us.
- If you haven’t received your order within the expected delivery timeframe after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us at info@getyourkix.com with your name and order number, and we’ll assist you promptly.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes:
- Some carriers may have restrictions on shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure to provide a valid delivery address.
