Click & Collect Policy

Exciting news for our Kix community! We're thrilled to unveil our Click & Collect service at the Kix Kiosk. Please note, Click & Collect is exclusively available at our Kiosk in Castle Court, Belfast.

Here's what you need to know:

Order Processing Time:

• Any order placed before 12pm will be ready for collection from 2pm the same day (Monday - Friday).

Confirmation Process:

• Upon placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email to verify that we've received it.

• You can expect another email notifying you that your order is ready. This signifies that your items have been meticulously packaged at our warehouse and are now awaiting transport to our Kiosk.

Collection Details:

• When collecting your order at our Castle Court Kiosk, please ensure you provide your name and address for verification purposes.

Returns:

• Items can be returned either to the Kiosk or sent back to the warehouse. Please refer to our returns policy for more information.

Operating Hours:

• Monday – Wednesday: 9am to 6pm
• Thursday: 9am to 9pm
• Friday – Saturday: 9am to 6pm
• Sunday: 1pm to 6pm

Please note, bank holiday opening hours may vary.
